AesthetiX Live partners with Save Face to put safety at the heart of consumer aesthetics

AesthetiX Live partners with Save Face to put safety at the heart of consumer aesthetics

AesthetiX Live has announced a major partnership with Save Face, the Government Approved Register for medical aesthetic practitioners and clinics, which will become the community and event's Official Safety Partner.

The partnership will put consumer safety at the heart of AesthetiX Live, helping people navigate misinformation and make informed choices about practitioners, treatments, procedures and brands, with the confidence that they are in safe hands.

Helping consumers make informed choices about aesthetic treatments

AesthetiX Live is a UK community and event bringing consumers together with globally recognised aesthetic practitioners and experts, alongside trusted suppliers, brands and innovations. Through expert guidance, talks and masterclasses, consumers will gain the knowledge to understand their options, recognise good practice and know the right questions to ask before making decisions about their face, body, hair and wellbeing.

It will be the only UK consumer event and community bringing together this breadth of aesthetics and wellbeing, spanning tweakments, surgical and non-invasive procedures, skin health, dentistry, longevity, regenerative aesthetics, weight management, and at-home treatments and technology – culminating in a live event at ExCeL London, co-located with The National Wedding Show.

Safety built in from the start

Save Face and AesthetiX Live are developing the AesthetiX Live Exhibitor Charter, safety policies and consumer guidance. The Charter will set clear expectations around safe and responsible practice for practitioners, brands and suppliers taking part, giving consumers greater confidence in who they meet through AesthetiX Live.

Save Face and the AesthetiX Live Advisory Board

Save Face will also contribute to the AesthetiX Live Advisory Board. This includes Ashton Collins, Director and Co-Founder of Save Face, and Emma Davies, Save Face Clinical Director.

The Advisory Board includes experts such as Dr Philippe Hamida-Pisal, aesthetic medicine and longevity expert, and international educator; Lauren Gibson, global aesthetics and strategy specialist; and Anna Dobbie, independent aesthetics journalist and communications expert, with further experts to be announced.

Meet the growing demand for safe aesthetics

The partnership comes as demand for aesthetics continues to grow. The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery recorded close to 38 million surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures globally in 2024 – an increase of more than 40% in four years.

Anna Jackson, Founder and Show Director of AesthetiX Live, said:

"Consumers have more treatments, technologies and information available to them than ever before, but more choice doesn't necessarily make those decisions easier.

"We created AesthetiX Live to give people the knowledge to understand their options, know which standards matter and ask the right questions. Having Save Face as our Safety Partner is fundamental to that. We're building the platform together, with safety at its core."

Ashton Collins, Director and Co-Founder of Save Face, said:

"Consumers deserve to explore aesthetic treatments with access to accurate information, appropriate safeguards and the knowledge to recognise safe practice. Our partnership with AesthetiX Live gives us an opportunity to build those principles into a consumer platform from the outset and help put safety at the heart of the decisions people make."

We've seen first-hand the devastating consequences unsafe aesthetic practice can have on people's health and wellbeing. Our work isn't just about helping people find trusted practitioners; we support those who have been harmed, campaign for better standards and work with Government to push for stronger protection for the public.
